壺井一歩（つぼいいっぽ）

1975年兵庫県生まれ。東京音楽大学作曲専攻研究生卒業。
作曲を阿部義人、有馬礼子、池野成、藤原豊の各氏に師事。

1995年、第六回奏楽堂日本歌曲コンクール作曲部門入選。
2002年、第26回ピティナ・ピアノコンペティションＥ級課題曲に作品が採用される。
2003年、「星投げびと」で武満徹作曲賞第4位（審査員ジョージ・ベンジャミン）。
2004年、同作品で第14回芥川作曲賞ノミネート。
2005年、ノルウェー・ウルティマ音楽祭「辺見康孝＆高橋アキデュオリサイタル」で作品が紹介される。
2006年、第1回日本ギター音楽作曲コンクール優秀賞。
第2回大阪国際マンドリンコンクール作曲部門（2位なし）1位。

2006年よりEnsemble Roca のコンポーザー・イン・レジデンスを務める。
茨城県在住。筑波音楽院講師。

Ippo Tsuboi was born in Hyogo, Japan in 1975.
He has graduated composition at the Tokyo College of Music.
He studied composition with Yoshito Abe, Reiko Arima, Sei Ikeno and Yutaka Fujiwara.

In 1995, He was nominated to Sogaku Song Composition Competition.
In 2002, his piece was selected for the 26th Tokyo PTNA Piano Competition.
His orchestral piece ‘The Star Thrower’ was highly commended in the TORU TAKEMITSU COMPOSITION AWARD 2003(investigated by George Benjamin),
and also in the 14th Akutagawa Aword for Music Composition in 2004.
In 2005, his piece was performed on ‘ Yasutaka Hemmi/Aki Takahashi duo ricital ’ in ULTIMA Oslo Contemporary Music Festival.
In 2006, He gained the 1st Japan Guitar Music Composition Competition.
He won in the first prize in the 2nd Osaka International Mandolin Competition for mandolin ensemble.

Since 2006, he became the commissioner and the resident composer of the Ensemble Roca.
He lives in Ibaraki Japan. He has taken part of teach at Tsukuba Academy of Music.
